We use the Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for most orders under 2kg.

This is our standard service and is the default delivery option listed in the shopping cart.

5 - 10 working days after dispatch

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Let us know, then return the item unused within a further 14 days for a full refund. (Return postage to be paid by customer).

Bespoke and commissioned pieces made to your specification cannot be refunded unless faulty.
